Working closely with trusted development partners, we deliver EV hubs both with and without food and beverage or convenience store amenities. We are actively seeking land acquisition opportunities that meet our criteria for EV charging deployment, and we offer competitive prices for suitable sites.
We’re prioritising land close to the following locations:
- Strategic road networks
- Major traffic hubs/interchanges
- UK town and city centres
- Roadside F&B developments
We’re prioritising land that meets these requirements:
- Freehold sites from 0.1 acres
- A road frontage with direct access
- Adjacent F&B amenities and/or shops
- Relatively level topography
