In line with the UK Public Charge Point Regulations 2023, we monitor the performance of our rapid and ultra-rapid charge points and report on their reliability annually.

This meets the Government requirement that rapid public charge points achieve a minimum of 99% reliability, calculated in accordance with the regulations. Reliability is measured using charge point operational status data and reflects the percentage of time chargers are available for use by drivers.
