Power up your summer: Competition terms

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Zest Eco Ltd ("Zest", "we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Zest and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entries must be submitted by the person who took the photographs.

3. Competition Period

Entries will be accepted from 6th August until 4th September. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the competition entry form and submit:

• 3-5 photographs from your summer day out, including at least one photograph featuring you (or your group) at a Zest charger.

• A short caption telling us about your day.

• Confirmation that you completed a qualifying charge with Zest during your trip. Zest reserves the right to request evidence of a qualifying charging session before awarding a prize.

No purchase other than a qualifying charging session is required to enter.

5. Judging

Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Zest based on: creativity, storytelling, and overall quality of the photographs. The judges' decision is final.

6. Prizes

One winner will receive £100 Zest charging credit redeemable through the Zest charging app. Two runners-up will each receive £30 Zest charging credit. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Image Permissions

By entering, you confirm that:

• The photographs are your own original work.

• You have permission from anyone identifiable in the photographs for them to be entered into this competition.

• The photographs do not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting your entry, you grant Zest a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, reproduce and publish your submitted photographs and caption for promotional and marketing purposes relating to Zest within the UK and Republic of Ireland across Zest's marketing channels.

You retain ownership of your photographs.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their entry form. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Zest reserves the right to select another winner. ‍

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this competition will only be used to administer the competition and contact entrants where necessary. It will be processed in accordance with Zest's Privacy Policy. ‍

10. General

Zest reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Incomplete, misleading or inappropriate entries may be removed from the competition.

Zest accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues.

Zest reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
