Zest and the Kennedy Centre open new ultra-rapid EV charging for West Belfast shoppers

Zest, one of the UK’s fastest-growing investor-operators of public EV charging infrastructure, is working with the Kennedy Centre, a leading retail and leisure destination in West Belfast, to deliver new EV charging facilities.

EV charging is now live at the Kennedy Centre, with six 120 kW ultra-rapid charging bays available to drivers. The new facilities offer customers the convenience of topping up their vehicles while shopping, dining, or enjoying leisure activities, helping to meet the growing demand for reliable public charging at key destinations.

Under the partnership, Zest funds, deploys, and operates the charging infrastructure, ensuring a seamless experience for the Kennedy Centre and its customers.

The Kennedy Centre deployment forms part of Zest’s rapidly expanding retail portfolio across the UK, reinforcing its commitment to making EV charging widely accessible in the places people live, work and travel. It follows major deployments at leading UK retail destinations including Metrocentre in Gateshead, Merry Hill in the West Midlands and Frenchgate in Doncaster, as well as at Time Square in Warrington and Chantry Place in Norwich - underlining Zest’s growing momentum in the retail and leisure sector.
